With better rng I can easily get under 5:30. Under 5mins still seems a ways off though.

Things that went well:
-Quick kill first phase
-Quick kill third phase
-Faster forth phase then last run

Things that didn't go so well:
-Didn't grab sword before owl flew away
-Shopkeeper didn't let me steal the shovel twice
-Second phase hit me with a blue ball
-Wasted 3 seconds trying to climb the ladder
