L2 Bracelet Skip

In Face Shrine, it is possible to go out of bounds on a wall, and, using this, skip obtaining the L-2 Power Bracelet. Note that if the L-2 Power Bracelet is skipped, then Rooster Skip must be performed, as the rooster statue cannot be moved. Also note that this skip is not allowed in the main competitive any% category, as it involves going out of bounds.
