No MSS (Layer Manip)
Play on Italian if you have a PAL Wii U or Spanish if you have an NTSC Wii U. If you have Japanese Wii U...I'm sorry but you'll have to use Japanese.
This route opts to not use doorclip to reach Hyrule 2. Due to this, it loses several minutes over the Any% No MSS route.
It is currently unknown if bomb skip saves any time in this route.
It is best to learn from both this written route and by watching a high level run of the game as not every single small detail is explained (otherwise this document would be like 50 pages long).

Outset
- Sidehop off tower
- Roll to grandma's house, climb ladder, Hero's Clothes, Savewarp
- Climb Ladder, Aryll Cutscene, Telescope, zoom in on mailbox/Quill
- Cutscene, Sidehop off tower, roll to Orca's House
- Sword training, For Orca's text (and all other fast text) Hold B and Mash A
- Hold back on analog stick right before third hit and hold forward right before fourth sword hits of first two techniques
- Quickspins for spin attack
- Quick Parry (Activate the Parry the first two frames you can activate it, next one should appear early)
- Sword, Savewarp
- Roll up to FoF (Forest of Fairies)
- Quickspin the log to get the red rupee, sidehop to lure bokoblin, Rupees in grass before slanted log
- Bokoblin fight (3 sword hits each, then quickspin), get rupees in grass while bokoblins are dying
- Cutscenes
- Roll to grandmas house, jumpslash over fence
- Climb ladder, backflip down, Hero's Shield, exit house
- Roll to tetra and talk, cutscenes
- Enter inside of ship, Hold ZL and mash A, talk to Niko, Ropes game, Spoils Bag, Savewarp
Forsaken Fortress
- Climb Ladder, Cutscenes
- Gossip Stone Trigger Skip. Do method 1 (THIS TRICK IS REQUIRED FOR THE ROUTE TO WORK. DO NOT ACTIVATE THIS TRIGGER RIGHT NOW)
- Red rupees
- Navigate up stairs, Window Jump, avoid Gossip Stone text
- Lure bokoblin to slash pot, take stick and quickspin bokoblin off of ledge to kill
- Window Grab or use stick to jumpslash into window, navigate through rooms/corridors
- Double moblin room, roof moblin (don't get caught :P)
- Quick sidling (Spam the control stick direction you want to sidle), sword, green bokoblin fight (3 sword hits and jump-spin attack)
- Open door, cutscenes
Windfall
- Flower rupees and pot under the ramp. Save Tingle (this is required to buy the sail)
- Buy Sail
- Back to King of Red Lions (KoRL), sail towards Dragon Roost Island (DRI)
- Arrive at DRI, Wind Waker
Dragon Roost Island
- Rock Jump/Skip , Blow up rock or jump past it, Quill Cutscene, Inside
- Delivery Bag Cutscene, Delivery Bag
- Navigate up to Medli, Father’s Letter, down to Komali, Show Father’s Letter
- Navigate out to Pond area, Talk to Medli, Throw to opposite ledge, Bottle
- Get Water, Pour on bomb, Blow up rock to fill pond
- Throw Bombs into falling statues (optional jumpslash past second statue, risky but it saves 2 seconds)
- Enter Dragon Roost Cavern (DRC)
Dragon Roost Cavern
- Pull Blocks, jumpslash over fence, take stick with fire from bokoblin, light torches, small key
- Open door, break wooden barrier, roll into cutscene
- Navigate around big room, roll into rock explosion cutscene
- Water Pot Cutscene skip, climb ladder until third rung from top, wait for chu to jump, then continue
- Let bokoblin break wooden barrier, get sword, break next 2 wooden barriers (throw sword at second one)
- Small Key, quickspin bomb to blow up rock, Open locked door
- Take stick from bokoblin, burn wooden barrier, step on switch, outside
- Climb ladder (wait for lava cycle if necessary), Jump over sidle gab, sidehop jumpslash over ledge moving gap
- Blow up rock, Rat Room, Pull blocks, KoRL text, light stick on fire, throw at wooden barrier, small key
- Open Door, stab Kegoroc, small key, open door
- Stab pots, grab torch, light on fire, burn wooden barrier, light torches
- Roll across bridge, triple bokoblin room (kill first one, lure second and third ones together to kill both at once)
- Get water pot, walk around magtail, then throw
- Blow up rock in front of door, Outside
- DRC Miniboss Fight, Grapple Hook, Savewarp
- Exit DRC, Savewarp
Bombs, Leaf, and Quiver
- Item Slide Superswim from DRI to Outset
- Item Slide onto the pirate ship, Open the door. (The pirate ship will only be there if you did perform the gossip stone text skip in FF1 AND ONLY DURING THE DAY, so make sure to make it to Outset before night. If it's night, the best backup is to learn the Song of Passing on Windfall to make it day again)
- Exit right away (Link is now swordless)
- Do one of the followings: Savewarp. Item Slide Superswim from Windfall to Northern Fairy Island Submarine, get caught. Leave Jail and take left door. OR Escape the ship, climb on the rock and perform an item slide to FF1. Item Slide to clip inside the fortress.
- Active the gossip stone trigger you skipped earlier w/ Early Light Cycle
- Jump out of FF1 and Item Slide jump to the Pirate Ship
- Rope Game 2, Bombs, Savewarp
- Item Slide Superswim from Windfall to Thorned Fairy Isle, Quiver Early, Escape Thorned Fairy or Savewarp
- Item Slide Superswim from Thorned Fairy Isle to Forest Haven
- Item Slide clip into FH
- Kill Chus and watch Deku Tree cutscene (optionally do swordless Deku Tree CS Skip (very hard)), get Leaf, savewarp
Early Master Sword
- Superswim away from Forest Haven to Northern Fairy Island Submarine, get caught. Leave Jail and take right door.
- Sidehop to skip cutscene showing the outside, navigate to the top of FF1, grapple bokoblin to skip the spikes cutscene, pickup sword, bokoblin fight, enter door. Watch the cutscene for a 2nd time.
- Item Slide Superswim from Windfall to FF2 (This is a layer glitch. If you fail this superswim, drown or enter any loading zone, you will have to quit WITHOUT saving and redo everything up until now, because it cancels the layer manipulation)
- Clip inside the Fortress
- Item Slide up stairs and to the corner underneath the middle light tower
- FF2 Item Slide, Item Slide to top of FF2
- Enter the loading zone where the door was
- Cutscenes, Item Slide up the long spiral ramp, Helmaroc Skip
- Cutscene, down to Hyrule 2
Hyrule 2
- Item Slide Clip past Hyrule Castle
- Knockback Cancel, Barrier Skip, pause for a moment and laugh at the barrier, then Item Slide onward to Ganon's Tower.
- Item Slide to door frame, Trials Skip
- Get magic in skull if necessary before room with stupid useless cutscene
- Phantom Ganon Maze and beat Phantom Ganon for Light Arrows
- Shoot Phantom Ganon with Light Arrow, break the stone wall with his sword
- Shoot all mobs in final staircase with Light Arrows and Item Slide up the room between enemies, get max magic and at least 2.25 hearts
- Enter Puppet Ganon
- Climb red rope and grapple to the top of the infrastructure, damage down to 1/4 heart and perform The Morth Hover
- Enter Ganondorf
