There are 8 shrines in the Woodlands.
This is a Blessing Shrine.
The entire puzzle can be skipped with a bomb boost. Doing the Bullet Time method gets enough height to reach the gate.

This shrine requires you to launch a ball into a hole using stasis. Use Stasis on it, then pull out a large weapon and start a charge attack. After 5 hits, end the stasis and move on to the next area. Use stasis on the cube, and, without charging, strike it twice and end the stasis. From here climb up the ladder, then the ramp, and complete the shrine.
The last ball is a little tricky. Using a single hit from a one-handed weapon then five hits from a two-handed weapon while aiming a bit to the left from the C-shaped structure consistently makes the ball land on the spot.
It is possible to send the ball to the end by jumping in mid air, letting go of the ball and performing a jumpslash. Only two-handed weapons will work beause they have a hitbox right at the beginning of their jump attack animation, which sends the ball backwards.
If you don't have any two handed weapon, you can use stasis instead.
It is also possible to skip the puzzle completely by, thanks to the launcher closest to the ending structure and a shield jump, go over the wall to the ending. However that is slower than completing the puzzle with the previously shown methods.
