By doing a Hookshot MegaJump from the ladder you can pretty much fall into the loading zone skipping having to play Zelda's Lullaby as Adult.

Zora River to Lost Wood Warp

Without Silver Scale or Iron Boots as Adult

You can do a ledge clip and fall out of bounds into the water and swim to where the warp to Lost Woods is.
