After Darkhammer throws his Ball & Chain at you, use quickspins on his tail to quickly defeat him.

1 Cycle with bomb

By pulling out a bomb so that it explodes while Darkhammer is vulnerable after throwing the Ball & Chain, one can kill Darkhammer with one jump attack quickspin after the bomb explodes. The position of the bomb is not important. What's important is making sure that the tail is targetable when the bomb goes off (yellow or red arrow above tail).
