- Important Notes:
- You only need to collect the fishing journal, you do not have to complete it.
- Only the final scent is required.
- You need at least one letter (just to get the icon on the collection screen).
- Completing the Cave of Ordeals is not required, although it's practically necessary, as there is a stamp on floor 50. Technically, you do not have to talk to the final Great Fairy.
- Getting every bomb type is not required.
- The Wooden Sword and default Ordon Shield are not required, but at least one wooden shield is required upon game completion, meaning you must get another one if it burns.
This route is primarily written for the No Amiibo version of 100%. In No Amiibo, use of Amiibo of any kind is banned. That includes using the Wolf Link Amiibo to quickly load save files.
For the Amiibo version, the route is mostly the same. Ruleset and route differences are discussed in the Amiibo Route section at the end.
- The Cave of Shadows sections are also where they would be in the route. They are collapsed by default, but clicking on them will show details for each floor. Unlike the rest of the route, rupee counts in these sections will be the cumulative rupee count for the Amiibo Route specifically.
- Rupees that the Amiibo Route skips are in a different color. When the rupee counts differ, they will both be listed in different colors like this: (No Amiibo Rupee Count, Amiibo Rupee Count).
Runs should start with a blank file in slots 1, 2, and 3.

Coro Bottle/Charlo 2 (1000 R)
As long as you have 930R/1030R leaving Cave of Ordeals, you'll have enough rupees as long as you visit Charlo a third time after doing everything else in Castle Town. To avoid that extra Charlo trip, you need to have 980R/1080R.
- 18R in the rock after buying the Coro Bottle
- 50R in the rock in the northwest part of Lanayru Field
- 30R in the rocks on the way to the spinner HP
- 75R on the treetops during Yeta Snowboarding
- 200R from revisiting Jovani's cat, Gengle (infinite)
