Special Charts Hard Reset

Open a special chart on the map menu and soft reset. In some areas, the game will force a hard reset instead.

This is useful for a consistent approach to Sploosh Kaboom in the 100% category, as it resets the RNG to a consistent point in which the tool can be used to accurately predict solutions without worrying about the pace in which you get to that point affecting the input settings. It is done in this case with Tingle's Chart.
