Actor glitch is a method of having two rooms loaded at the same time. One room will be fully loaded and the other room will be partially loaded. This is accomplished by interrupting a door opening animation. There are various methods which are explained below.
Exit a crawlspace and immediately open a door, before the camera returns to normal. The next room should load, and you should be in a partially loaded room.
Open a door as a cutscene starts, such as lighting Dodongo's Eyes, hitting a switch, etc. You can appear on either side of the door depending on how early you open it before the cutscene.
Open it as you are HESSing away from it and you should walk through the door and it will stay open. You will be in a fully loaded room, but the room you came from will be partially loaded.
Face towards a door and get as far away from it as possible while the A button still says "Open". Put down a bomb and let it explode. On the first frame it hits you, press A to open the door and you should walk through the door and it will stay open. You will be in a fully loaded room, but the room you came from will be partially loaded.
Go up against a door and align to it. Do a crouch stab and immediately let go of shield. On the first frame you rcoil backwards, equip hover boots, then unpause and buffer an A press to open the door. You will walk through the door and it will stay open. You will be in a fully loaded room, but the room you came from will be partially loaded.
If you quickspin then use Din's Fire, damage sources can hurt you during the Din's Fire cutscene and cancel the animation. This can be used with a bomb, and if you open a door quickly enough after canceling the Din's Fire cutscene, you will get actor glitch and stay in the room you were in.
